Confirmed Case COVID-19
Normal School Day, Monday, May 17

I am writing to inform you that we have learned of a positive case of COVID-19 for a member of our school community.  On behalf of AES, we wish this individual and their family well.  The individual was last in school on Friday, May 14 and does not use school transportation.

Mrs. Avery, Associate Principal, and Mrs. Rubbe, School Nurse, have started the process of contact tracing.  Once all individuals impacted have been contacted by the School, an email will be sent to all families indicating that calls are complete.  It is our hope that this will limit unnecessary anxiety and wondering if a call is coming.  The NH Department of Health and Human Services has been notified.

Impacted spaces will be cleaned this weekend and school will be open as normal on Monday morning.  I wish your families well.  Please know we are grateful for the ongoing partnership with you during this complex time. Be well, AES!

 Respectfully,

Mary Moriarty

Superintendent of Schools
