New Hampshire Department of Education Family & Community Feedback Survey

The New Hampshire Department of Education is collecting feedback from Families, Staff and Communities about New Hampshire Schools.  Information shared is anonymous, however, your responses will be tied to Ashland Elementary School.  Your responses will help us identify areas of strength and areas of growth as well as provide an opportunity to learn about our response to the many unique factors of this school year.  Please consider participating in this opportunity.

Please note that "Community Members" are those who DO NOT have students enrolled in New Hampshire public schools. The families survey is for those that DO.

Additionally, this survey will assist Ashland Elementary School and the State with important information specific to Families whose children receive special education services.  More specifically, on meeting Indicator 8, which “measures the percent of parents with a child receiving special education services who report that schools facilitated parent involvement as a means of improving services and results for children with disabilities.”  If your child receives special education services, please consider sharing your feedback on the general portion of the survey and the additional questions related to special education.

If you need assistance completing a survey, please do not hesitate to contact the School (968 - 7622) or SAU (279 – 7947).
